Can I get a refund if I don't use all the money I add to my account?

Yes. The refund process depends on the payment method. If you pay via debit/credit card, then we  process it via Stripe. Alternatively, we will process it via PayPal or via bank transfer. 

In all cases, please email/message us (support@prolific.ac) how much you would like to be refunded, and we'll take care of the remaining steps.
